Naazlee Sardar has worked in trying situations and led teams to build a common vision foreffective results delivery. With demonstrated leadership in managing teams/organizations, and handling multi-sectoral work portfolios, she is invaluable for discharging COP/ TL responsibility. At USAID she provided oversight to the $500 million program, and show- cased earthquake reconstruction program to ambassadors, senators, and senior USA /GoP dignitaries. She has over 40 years of experience with 25 years in executive/ leadership positions, where she managed $50 million CIDA, $36 m USAID, $80 m USAID projects, among others. Currently she is President of DELTA NGO and just completed tenure with GIZ as Ombudsperson for Protection Against Sexual Harassment at GIZ.
